Shipping policy

All orders will be received within the delivery times given at checkout, based on the shipping method chosen. Some items delay delivery times, those items are as follows:

  • Shoes 4-5 day processing.
  • Special Occasion Dresses 2-3 Day processing.
  • Backorder or Pre-Orders Items will have the available date listed when the size is selected.

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday. All delivery times are based on business days which are weekdays only, does not include weekends or US holidays. The carriers we use do not deliver on weekends or US holidays.

Free/Flat Rate Shipping Free shipping available for all orders over $130, after discounts and before tax.
Express Shipping Delivers within 2-3 business days.
Delivery estimations do not apply to Special Order, Backorder and Pre-Order items.
Overnight/Next Day Shipping Delivers within 1-2 business days.
Delivery estimations do not apply to Special Order, Backorder and Pre-Order items.
